What do I need to know about printing P14/P60 forms?

You need to use preprinted forms to print P60s. QuickBooks prints P14/P60 information for each employee on either:

  • Preprinted P60 forms ordered from HMRC or from Intuit.
  • Self-sealing P60 laser mailer forms from Intuit.

 

First review your P14/P60 forms in QuickBooks. Before you print on a preprinted form, print a copy of the form on blank paper. Hold the printout and a preprinted form up to the light to check alignment. If you see a problem, you can make adjustments. Checking alignment can help you avoid wasting preprinted forms.
