This issue occurs when multiple users access the same company data file and view the same report. If a user changes or edits a transaction that affects the report and clicks the report Refresh button, the report will update in that user's company file. If other users click the Refresh button, the report will not update.
To see the updated (correct) information on a VAT report, close the report and then open it again.
