What is the Upgrade Centre?

This article is written for people who have upgraded from Multicurrency, or QuickBooks 2006.

New versions of QuickBooks, like the 2010 and higher, are vastly different than the version you are used to. We've made many improvements, changed some features, and enhanced the upgrading process considerably.

The Upgrade Centre is one such improvement. It displays after you have converted your old company file to the new QuickBooks product. The Upgrade centre is meant to help you step through the various things you need to know about the changes in your product and tells you whether there are further steps you need to take after converting your company file.

To return to the Upgrade Centre, go to Company menu and select Upgrade Centre.
